Please call before arriving to confirm the groomer is on staff and available. We only groom small mammals, birds, and some reptiles. We do not groom cats, dogs, or other animals.

What to expect
- Your animal will be groomed as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Handled only by Animal Connection staff
- You cannot come into the grooming room — your pet is calmer without you present. Thank you for understanding.
Policies
- Please bring your own towel
- We may refuse to groom for any reason (hot weather, existing injury, illness)
- Grooming can be stressful. For animals with health conditions, use your discretion. We always do our best — but excess stress can occasionally cause injury or worse.
